Today we decided to make a traditional Sunday Supper. We thawed a pork roast, and made it Pennsylvania style in the crock pot, with roast potatoes and carrots. Burt made the perfect mashed potatoes and gravy. It was just a wonderful Sunday Supper! :)
While waiting for the pot roast to finish cooking, 6 hours worth of waiting, ;) we watched The Incredible Hulk and sorted through the kitchen cabinets, getting rid of things that we didn't need. Burt assembled the storage shelf that we bought with some of our wedding giftcards, and we put it out in the storage unit, it helped free up some room in the house for more frequently used items.
The house now looks much cleaner and feels a lot more organized. I love a neat and tidy home. :)
